Zeytin's Story

Zeytin had lived on the streets of Beyoğlu for 7 years and was the neighborhood's darling. The grocer, the café owner, and all the local shopkeepers gave him love and food. But when joint problems set in with old age, he began struggling to move.

The neighbors let us know. We took Zeytin in and started his treatment. He's a calm, easygoing, and very well-mannered dog — he looks out for other animals like a big brother and protects the puppies.

His Life Today

He is happy and at peace in permanent care. His pain is kept under control with medication. He loves slow-paced walks in the garden and basking in the sun.
